By accessing or using Quench, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.

2. Description of Service

Quench is a hydration tracking application that helps you monitor your water intake, set hydration goals, and receive reminders to stay hydrated. The app may include both free and premium features.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of Quench, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Quench may offer premium features through subscription plans. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases and subscriptions
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Cancellation through your Apple ID account settings, not through the app

Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy. We do not have direct access to your payment information.

5. User Data and Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into Quench, including your hydration logs, goals, and preferences. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the service to you.

You may export or delete your data at any time through the app settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app
  • Share your account credentials with others

7. Health Disclaimer

Quench is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

The information provided by Quench, including hydration goals and recommendations, is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your hydration habits, especially if you have any medical conditions.

Individual hydration needs vary based on factors including age, weight, activity level, climate, and health conditions. The default goals in Quench are general guidelines and may not be appropriate for everyone.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quench and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data or profits
  • Health issues arising from use or misuse of the app
  • Interruption of service
  • Any damages resulting from reliance on information in the app

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Quench is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Changes to Terms
